Privacy Policy

Who we are
This is the privacy policy of White Wolf Technology Ltd ("we"), the data controller for whitewolf.tech, for our correspondence with you, and for our apps. We are registered in England and Wales (company no. 10045012) at Unit 82a, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. For anything about your personal data, email info@whitewolf.tech.
This website
This is a static site. It has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising, loads nothing from third parties, and asks you for nothing.
Our hosting provider serves the site on our behalf. To deliver pages and block attacks it processes your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you request and when. We can see these logs for up to a day and do not use them to identify you; the provider keeps its own security logs under its own privacy policy. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.
If you contact us
If you email or call us, we process the contact details and the content of your message only to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal data or use it for marketing.
International transfers
Some of our providers process personal data outside the UK:
- United States: covered by the UK–US data bridge or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the ICO's UK Addendum
- European Economic Area: UK law treats EEA countries as adequate
- Australia: covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the ICO's UK Addendum
You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.
Security
We limit access to personal data to those who need it, use encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our providers, and choose providers with recognised security practices.
Our apps
Each app we publish will have its own privacy policy page on this site, linked from its store listing and from inside the app. That page will say what the app collects, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted. The rest of this policy applies to our apps too.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it;
- stop processing that relies on our legitimate interests;
- give you the data you provided in a portable, machine-readable form;
- stop processing that relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To do any of this, email us at the address above.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first, by email or by phone on 01444 846225. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you the outcome without undue delay. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. First published 4 October 2026.
